How can the RCTS VoIP service reduce costs?

One of the objectives of the RCTS VoIP service is to allow the reduction of costs in voice communications. This reduction is achieved not only through the routing of calls to different operators through the least cost route, but also because virtually dedicated IP connections are created between the institutions subscribing to the service, allowing calls to be made between them at no associated cost.
