PROJECT OVERVIEW

Objectives

Develop national capabilities for communication and computation of large volumes of data to meet the most demanding technological needs of the national research community; Develop national capabilities for shared packaging of digital research infrastructure; Provide advanced collaboration services enabling the participation of the national scientific community in projects of strategic interest; Promote innovation and knowledge through the development of open access capabilities to research data, knowledge and other research resources by universities, polytechnics and national research units; Reduce the digital divide that currently exists between national research clusters and promote equal opportunities for collaboration and participation in international projects with high connectivity and computing requirements; Enhance the creation of distributed and/or virtual digital research infrastructures.
