Implementation of a European open science cloud
The European Open Science Cloud has finally entered its long-awaited implementation phase (2021-2027). The EOSC Symposium 2021 guarantees an important networking opportunity for the EOSC community.

Based on the EOSC Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), the EOSC is setting up several Advisory Groups and Task-Forces, which will start in June, focusing on priority areas for the implementation phase.

At the same time, several EU-funded research projects at regional and national level are already developing activities and producing key results, which are equally important for this new phase.
The EOSC Symposium provides an inclusive platform for all stakeholders to share goals, visions, activities and outcomes in order to shape the future of the EOSC.
The event is organised by the EOSCsecretariat.eu project, as part of its support in managing the EOSC.
How to contribute
The call for contributions, based on the priority areas for the implementation phase of the EOSC, is open until Thursday, May 20, at 5pm CEST.
Participation may include presentations, flash presentations, panel discussion participation, one-page overview of publications.
