The conference bringing together hundreds of members of the GÉANT community takes place from 16-20 June 2019 in Tallinn, Estonia.
After a record attendance in 2018 in Trondheim, "expectations are high" for an event that should "stimulate and inspire the community," GÉANT highlights on its website.
The choice of Tallinn, they highlight, is due to the fact that this is "one of the most technologically advanced cities in the World", offering a perfect location for this meeting of the various National Research and Education Networks (NREN's).
This year, the underlying theme of the TNC is "shaping digital societies". The concept stems from the meeting of two ideas: supporting human interactions through computer networks and Estonia's innovative e-residency model.
Early bird registration is now officially open, with the deadline extending to 28 February. Applications are also open for demonstrations, meetings and the usual "lightning talks".
