The 15th edition of Jornadas FCCN has been confirmed, an event that brings together the national higher education and research community with the aim of promoting dialog and knowledge sharing between its main players. In 2024, this annual meeting will take place in Funchal, at the Madeira Congress Center and the Pestana Casino Park, on April 15, 16 and 17.
This is an event promoted annually by the Foundation for Science and Technology FCTthrough the unit FCCN, and which is already recognized as the main meeting for all those involved in providing advanced infrastructures and services for the higher education and research community. Moving to Madeira, this edition enjoys the close support of ARDITI, the Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation.
Three days of presentations, workshops and much more
Connectivity, Computing, Collaboration, Knowledge and Security will be the main topics up for debate in a program featuring experts in these areas. Many presentations, plenary sessions, working meetings and workshops will mark the event, which will also include the usual gala dinner on the evening of April 16. There will be plenty of moments for sharing and networking, not forgetting unique learning opportunities and special competitions.
The Jornadas FCCN will allow all participants to make contact with dozens of companies linked to the areas of technology and innovation. These organizations and their managers will be on site to make themselves known to the community, answer questions and promote various activities over the three days.
