The Jornadas FCCN are just around the corner and, over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing testimonies from our community about the importance of this moment of encounter. Find out what the Jornadas participants think about this annual meeting promoted by the Unit FCCN.
The Information Systems Coordinator at the National Innovation Agency - ANI, Filipe Moreira, shares the importance of the community meeting FCCN for its members.
"What do the FCCN Days mean to me?"
For me, the Jornadas FCCN are an event that brings together the entire academic and scientific community, promotes the development of ICT in Portugal, supports scientific research and the development of technology infrastructures and services. Typically, topics related to ICT, information security, cloud computing, data analysis and visualization, among others, are discussed and addressed. The event is an opportunity for the academic and scientific community to exchange ideas, share knowledge and develop collaborative partnerships.
"Why the Jornadas FCCN are important"
In my opinion, the Jornadas FCCN are important because they promote knowledge sharing, collaboration between professionals and institutions, provide visibility for projects and their results, and accompany the discussion of challenges and opportunities in the area of information systems and technology. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the collaboration and networking component. The conference brings together specialists in different areas, enabling them to share knowledge and present new ideas and innovative solutions.
"What are my expectations for the 2023 edition?"
It's always good to see friends, colleagues, and partners again. It's always good to meet new people and exchange experiences, ideas and best practices. And the Jornadas allow us to do that. The approached themes are always real and current. We talk about the future, always taking into account the present.
