NAU and Arquivo.pt with initiatives celebrating April
In addition to their presentation at the commemorative session, the two FCCN projects are celebrating April with other news.
The 2025 edition of the Arquivo.pt Prize, which annually rewards innovative work based on historical information preserved by Arquivo.pt, will continue these celebrations. By including the special mention "April 25 and Democracy", works focusing on this milestone will be honored. More information about this special mention will be released at the beginning of May.
NAU has proposed hosting a course on the Carnation Revolution, which it plans to develop with the Mission Structure for the Commemorations, together with partner organizations, by the end of this year.
Through these and other activities, carried out in partnership with the 50 years of April 25 Commemorative Commission, the Foundation for Science and Technology is making its contribution to marking this important milestone in Portugal's history, namely the role of science, technology and innovation in all areas of knowledge for the consolidation of democracy in the country.
